Yes! We’re happy to mail products to you. We charge postage based on the package weight and current US Postal Service rates. We do not charge extra handling fees. Call us at 651-690-1692 to place a mail order. Value cards, Fivestars points, coupons, and other further discounts do not apply to mail orders.

We also offer a frequent shopper punch card. You receive a punch for every $10 you spend. Once the card is filled, you may use it as a 15% off coupon on a future visit. The regal aloe vera plant in Mastel’s Health Foods’ storefront has been a fixture for over 40 years, earning not only a prime spot in our window but also the honor of becoming our company logo.
Founder John Mastel won the then much smaller plant at the 1977 National Nutritional Foods Association show in Las Vegas. At the event’s treasure chest raffle, John pointed to a single key among hundreds and declared, “That’s the key that will open the chest.” Miraculously, it was—and the aloe was his! John carried his Grand Prize home on his lap during the plane ride and placed it in the very window where it still thrives today.
Nurtured with hand-mixed sand and potting soil, regular sunbaths, a diet of fish meal, and attentive watering, the magnificent aloe now erupts from a 10-gallon pot and blooms with striking white flowers every few months.
Over the decades, this original plant has produced countless offspring, one of which has even outgrown it—and is proudly displayed in our second window. But don’t just take our word for it—stop by any day of the week and see our majestic, much-beloved aloe vera for yourself!
